Thought provoking Architecture and Design exhibit at MoMa about the housing crisis, the changing American Dream, and the exodus from Suburbia.

General Assembly is a very small intervention, but we thought a lot about the “landscape” of the space, and how it reflects changing desires around work and learning environments.

What do contemporary social phenomena tell us about the future of larger scale “landscape” projects? I’m thinking specifically about townships, malls, and other mixed use spaces. How will those environments enable interactions and behaviors that represent our changing values and desires?

In any case, if you like to think about this stuff, I recommend the exhibit.
